Slow mornings
We keep a small room at the corner of Meridian Lane — warm wood, tall glass, and hours that refuse to hurry. The ovens wake before the street does, and the first pour lands at 7:04, give or take a conversation.
There is no rush here. Newspapers outlive their mornings, notebooks nap through the afternoon, and the light moves across the long counter like it is being paid to. Stay a while — the room was built for it.
The kitchen
Every morning the kitchen starts from zero — a new board, a new set of ideas, whatever the market and the mood agree on. By design, it never becomes a static page — it is served fresh, moment to moment.
